1 pound ground chicken
1 cup corn
1 cup diced bell peppers
8 ounces hearty pasta (penne or elbow)
2 cups low sodium chicken broth
1.5 cups salsa (restaurant style)
1 teaspoon ground cumin
0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
0.5 teaspoon black pepper
shredded cheese blend
fresh cilantro for garnish

Cook 1 pound of ground chicken in a skillet, breaking it into smaller pieces.

Add the cooked ground chicken to the crockpot.

Dice 1 cup of bell peppers and add to the crockpot.

Add 1 cup of corn (fresh, frozen, or canned) to the crockpot.

Add 8 ounces of hearty pasta (penne or elbow) to the crockpot.

Pour in 2 cups of low sodium chicken broth.

Add 1.5 cups of salsa (restaurant style) to the crockpot.

Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of ground cumin, 0.5 teaspoon of kosher salt, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, and 0.5 teaspoon of black pepper.
