1

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2

In a blender, combine 4 eggs and 1 can of sweetened condensed milk.

3

Pour 3/4 of the can of evaporated milk into the blender with the other ingredients.

4

Add regular milk to the blender, just a little more than the evaporated milk.

5

Add 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract to the blender and blend until smooth.

6

Pour 3/4 cup of sugar into the flan pan to make caramel.

7

Melt the sugar over medium heat until it turns golden brown, then pour it into the flan pan.

8

Prepare boiling water for the double boiler.

9

Place the flan pan into a larger pan and pour boiling water into the larger pan up to half the height of the flan pan.

10

Bake in the oven at 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

11

Check if the flan is done using a toothpick; if it comes out clean, it's ready.

12

Remove the flan pan from the double boiler and let it cool.

13

Refrigerate the flan for several hours before serving.

14

Use a spatula or knife to separate the edges of the flan from the pan before inverting it onto a plate.
