2 tablespoons shortening

Sift 2 cups of flour into a bowl.

Spread some flour on the surface to prevent sticking.

Measure and add 3 teaspoons of baking powder to the flour.

Add 0.5 teaspoons of baking soda to the flour mixture.

Add 0.5 teaspoons of salt to the flour mixture.
