Whipping cream 100g (1 cup)
Chocolate 150g (3/4 cup)

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius.

In a bowl, mix the egg yolks and sugar until well combined.

Add the oil and chocolate essence to the mixture and stir.

In another bowl, whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

Fold the dry ingredients into the egg yolk mixture gently.

Carefully fold in the whipped egg whites until just combined.

Pour the batter into a greased 7-inch pan.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

For the chocolate fudge, heat 100g of whipping cream and melt the chocolate in it.

Once melted, add the remaining 50g of whipping cream and mix well to create a fudge.
