1 ½ cups (180g) all-purpose flour
½ cup (50g) cocoa powder
1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3 eggs
1 cup (250 ml) milk
1 tsp vinegar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
⅓ cup (100ml) vegetable oil
300 grams of dark chocolate
200 grams of whipping cream
125 grams of sour cream
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

In a separate bowl, make buttermilk by mixing 1 cup of milk with 1 teaspoon of vinegar. Let it sit for a few minutes until it curdles slightly.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, salt, baking soda, and baking powder until well combined.

In a separate bowl, mix buttermilk, eggs, vanilla extract, and vegetable oil and mix well.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, mixing gently until just combined. Do not overmix.

Bake in the preheated oven at 175℃ for about 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cakes comes out clean.

Remove the cakes from the oven and let them cool in the pans for about 10 minutes. Then, turn the cakes out onto a wire rack to cool completely.

Once the cakes are completely cooled, you can frost and decorate them as desired.
