Cut the tri-tip steak into one inch cubes.

If needed, add an additional half tablespoon of oil and half tablespoon of seasoning to the bag and mix again.

Seal the vacuum bag and use the marinade function to marinate the meat quickly, or seal a freezer bag and refrigerate for 30 to 120 minutes if not using a vacuum sealer.

Preheat the air fryer to 360 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes.

Place the marinated steak bites in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching each other.

Set the air fryer to cook at 360 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.
