Take one top sirloin steak and pat it dry.

Cut the steak into bite-sized cubes.

Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 4-5 minutes.

Use a meat thermometer to check for an internal temperature of 135 degrees for medium rare.

Cook the Greek and Italian steak bites in the air fryer for 10-15 minutes and serve with garlic aioli mayo.

Serve the teriyaki steak bites with mango jalapeno barbecue sauce.
