Cover the bowl with a plastic bag and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
Divide the dough into about 12 balls, each weighing around 70-75 grams.
Let the balls rest for 15 minutes, covered, to relax the dough.
Heat a pan on low and roll out each ball into an oval shape.
Cook each piece in the pan, flipping when bubbles form, until puffed and lightly browned.
