In a large mixing bowl, add 2 cups of all-purpose flour.
Add 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar to the flour.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda and 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt and mix all the dry ingredients well.
Add 1 cup of warm milk and 2 tablespoons of melted butter to the dry ingredients.
Mix everything well until combined.
Knead the dough by hand until it becomes sticky; if it's not sticky, it won't rise properly.
Add 3 tablespoons of warm milk if the dough feels hard and mix well.
Knead the dough for another 10 minutes until it’s soft and smooth.
Shape the dough into a ball, apply a little butter on top, and cover it with plastic wrap.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 2 hours until it doubles in size.
Punch down the risen dough and knead it for another 5 minutes.
Take small portions of the dough, flatten them, and shape them into balls.
Place the dough balls on baking paper and flatten them slightly.
Let them rest for 1 hour to rise again.
In a saucepan, add 1 cup of milk and 1 tablespoon of butter, and mix until the butter melts.
Add 100 grams of white chocolate and 1/3 cup of whipping cream, mixing until smooth and thick.
Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and continue mixing until the mixture thickens, about 5-6 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan on low flame for frying the donuts.
Once the oil is hot, add the donuts one by one to the oil.
Fry for about 1 minute on each side until golden brown.
Remove the donuts from the oil and let them drain on paper towels.
Make a hole in each donut and fill them with the white chocolate sauce using a piping bag.
