1 teaspoon pimento seeds

2 medium carrots
2 medium potatoes
4 cups chicken stock
1 cup water
2 cups white rice

Drizzle olive oil over the chicken.

Season the chicken with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and curry powder; massage the seasoning into the chicken.
