Shuck and clean 5 cobs of corn, removing all hairs.

In a bowl, mix 3 parts mayonnaise with 1 part Mexican Crema.

Boil a pot of water and drop the corn in for about 2 to 3 minutes.

Remove the corn from the water and dry them off with a paper towel.

Prepare a sheet tray with a resting rack for easy cleanup.

Spread the mayonnaise and crema mixture evenly over the corn using a brush.

Sprinkle crumbled cotija cheese generously on top of the corn.

Finish by sprinkling Tajin and drizzling Cholula chili garlic hot sauce over the corn.

Cut lime into wedges and scatter them around the platter with the elote.
