3

Add pork spare ribs to the pot.

4

Prepare pig skin rolled up with seasonings and string, and add it to the pot for flavor.

5

Add meatballs to the pot when the meat is almost fried, using a toothpick to keep track of them.

6

Chop onion very finely and add it to the pot once the meat is almost done.

7

Add chopped celery to the pot.

8

Sprinkle in oregano and a small amount of red chili for spice.

9

Add black pepper to taste.

10

Pour in a bit of red wine into the pot.

11

Add homemade tomato sauce to the pot along with the meat.

12

Add tomato puree and/or tomato paste for concentrated flavor.

13

Clean the sides of the jar with a tissue after using tomato paste, then add a bit of olive oil to the jar and store it in the fridge.

14

Add a little bit of water to the pot to dilute the concentrated tomato paste.

15

Add a chicken cube for additional flavor.

16

Once the mixture comes to a boil, reduce the heat to very low and let it cook for a couple of hours, leaving the pot slightly uncovered to reduce without drying out.

17

After about two hours of cooking, the sauce is ready to eat.
