Brown bacon strips in skillet, using a single layer of briquettes under skillet. Drain cooked bacon strips on paper towel, chop and set aside. Leave 1 tablespoon of bacon grease in skillet.

Using a wooden spoon, make 4 egg wells in the beans and crack an egg into each well. Cover and cook until eggs are set with whites firmed (4-5 minutes). Place egg and bean mixture on warmed tortilla and top with desired toppings and ENJOY!!!
