Wash the steaks and let them come to room temperature.
Melt 1/2 stick of butter in a bowl.
Add a heaping tablespoon of Montreal seasoning, black pepper, a little salt, and Worcestershire sauce to the melted butter and mix well.
Brush the mixture onto both sides of the steaks.
Let the steaks sit for about 20 minutes if possible.
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Boil the potatoes until tender.
Season the Brussels sprouts with some of the steak seasoning mixture, salt, and pepper.
Season the potatoes and peppers with salt, pepper, and a little dry parsley.
Pour some melted butter over the potatoes, veggies, and Brussels sprouts.
Place the seasoned steaks and veggies on a sheet pan and put it in the preheated oven at 375°F.
After a while, flip the steaks and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Remove from the oven after a total of about 37 minutes.
