Crush coriander seeds in a mortar and pestle.

Brown beef in the frying pan, adding a spice mix.

Chop green beans and add to the pot.

Chop and add potatoes for thickness.

Squeeze fresh lemon juice into the mixture.

Chop and add onions and peppers.

Add a tin of chopped tomatoes with juice to the pot.

Stir the ingredients and add ghost chilies whole on top.

Cover and slow cook for 6 to 8 hours on low heat.

Prepare the bread by cutting off the end and hollowing it out to create a bowl.

Serve the curry in the bread bowl, using the bread to scoop up the curry.
