1 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons lemon zest
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary
2 tablespoons fresh thyme
1/4 cup olive oil
4 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup parsley
1 cup brown rice
2 cups green beans
