300g poha
3 or 4 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp urad dal
1 tsp chana dal
1 tsp cumin (jeera)
2 or 3 tsp groundnut
4 or 5 green chilli
1 chopped onion
2 chopped tomatoes
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
1/2 lemon juice
curry leaves
coriander leaves
2 tsp roasted chana dal powder

Rinse the poha in water and set aside to soften.

In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, and cumin seeds. Sauté until they start to splutter.

Add the groundnuts and green chillies, and sauté for a few more minutes.

Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.

Stir in the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes soften.

Add the softened poha to the pan and mix well with the spices.

Squeeze in the lemon juice and add curry leaves and coriander leaves. Mix thoroughly.
