Lemon Poha

1 ½ cup Poha
⅓ cup Peanuts
⅓ cup Onion diced
1 Tbsp Lemon juice
2 Green chilies cut lengthwise
½ tsp Mustard seeds
½ tsp Cumin seeds
½ tsp Turmeric powder
5 Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
2 tsp Oil

Rinse the poha in water and let it drain.

In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat.

Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds to the hot oil and let them splutter.

Add diced onions and sauté until they become translucent.

Stir in the green chilies and curry leaves, cooking for a minute.

Add turmeric powder and peanuts, mixing well.

Add the rinsed poha and lemon juice, stirring to combine everything evenly.

Cook for a few minutes until heated through, then garnish with coriander leaves.
