2 tbsp Ground Nuts
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
2 tbsp Chana Dal
2 green chilies
1 Onion
10 Curry Leaves
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tbsp Lemon Juice

Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and chana dal. Cook until they start to splutter.

Add chopped onions and green chilies, and sauté until the onions are translucent.

Add curry leaves and turmeric powder, and mix well.

Add the flattened rice and salt, and stir to combine everything evenly.

Finish by adding lemon juice and ground nuts, and mix well before serving.
