Lemon Poha

1 cup poha
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp urad dal
1/2 tsp channa dal
1 tbsp ground nuts
1/2 tsp citric acid
3 green chillies
1/4 tsp turmeric
a few curry leaves
salt to taste

In a pan, dry roast poha until it puffs and transfer it into a bowl.

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and allow it to splutter.

Add urad dal, channa dal, ground nuts, green chillies, curry leaves and fry.

Add turmeric and stir, switch off the flame.

Add the roasted poha, salt, citric acid and mix well.

Cool and store in a tight container.

Soak the dry poha mixture in hot water (1 cup of dry poha mix needs to be soaked in 1 cup of hot water).

Close the lid and rest it for 30 minutes.

Now poha is ready to eat.
