Lemon Poha

1 cup organic thick poha
2 tbsp peanut oil
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp Dal mixture
4-5 red chillies
4-5 green chillies
1/4 cup peanuts
1 spring curry leaves
1 lemon
Salt (as per taste)

Drain and soak the poha in water for 10-15 minutes.

Heat the oil in a kadai, then add turmeric powder, dal mixture, red chillies, and green chillies. Mix well.

Add half a cup of peanuts and curry leaves.

Add the soaked poha and mix gently. Squeeze the juice of one lemon into the kadai.

Finally, add salt according to your taste.
