1 medium onion, chopped
2 medium carrots, diced
1 cup mushrooms, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
1 teaspoon hot paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup passata
1/2 cup cider
2 tablespoons sunflower spread
4 hamburger buns

Slice off the top and bottom of the celeriac to create a flat base.

Peel the celeriac by scoring around it with a peeler.

Add chopped onions, carrots, and mushrooms to the food processor with the celeriac and blitz until combined.

Add four garlic cloves to the mixture.
