Season the chicken with sea salt and black pepper.
Sprinkle onion powder and garlic powder on the chicken.
Cover the chicken with Swiss cheese, ensuring it covers the entire circumference.
Add cooked ham on top of the Swiss cheese, using two pieces per breast or more if desired.
Roll the chicken breasts tightly, tucking in the cheese and ham as you go.
Secure the rolled chicken with toothpicks, ensuring to remove them before serving.
Blend together eggs and a little bit of milk for the breading.
Dredge the rolled chicken in flour, then dip into the egg mixture, and finally coat with Panko bread crumbs.
Preheat the oven and place the chicken in a baking dish.
Bake the chicken until cooked through, checking the internal temperature to reach 165°F.
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
