Place frozen chicken thighs in the bottom of the crock pot.

Pour 2 cans of whole cranberry sauce over the chicken.

Add 1.5 cups of homemade barbecue sauce on top of the cranberry sauce.

Dice and add 1 medium onion on top of the chicken and sauces.

Cover the crock pot and cook on high for 6 hours (or 3-4 hours if chicken is thawed).

After cooking, shred the chicken with forks until it falls apart.

Serve the chicken over rice with roasted sweet potatoes on the side.
