Soak the sprouts in water and drain the water into a container.
In a mixer, blend the sprouts until smooth.
Add 1-2 chopped onions to the blended sprouts.
Add 1 chopped potato to the mixture.
Add 8-10 green chilies and mix well.
Add approximately 1-2 tablespoons of turmeric powder and 1 tablespoon of cumin powder.
Add salt to taste and mix all the ingredients well until combined.
Prepare green chutney by blending coriander leaves, 10 green chilies, 2-3 garlic cloves, and salt in a mixer until a fine paste is formed.
Optionally, add lemon juice to the chutney mixture.
Heat a pan and add oil to make a chilla (pancake) with the sprouts mixture.
Pour the batter into the pan to form a small chilla according to the size of the bread.
Cook the chilla on both sides until golden brown.
Spread tomato ketchup on one slice of bread and green chutney on another slice.
Place the chilla on the ketchup-covered slice and top it with the chutney-covered slice.
Roast the sandwich in the pan with some butter until both sides are golden brown.
Cut the sandwich into pieces and serve hot.
