1 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp garlic (chopped)
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup Nestlé MilkPak Full Cream Milk
1 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp salt
basil leaves (8-10)
1 tsp lemon zest
chicken strips
lemon slices (as required)
oregano (as required)

In a pot, heat water and add salt. Bring it to a boil. Add spaghetti and boil until 80% done. Strain and set aside.

In a bowl, add chicken fillets, soy sauce, oregano, salt, black pepper powder and coat the chicken well. Heat oil on a grill pan and place marinated chicken. Cook each side for 3-4 mins or until fully done. Cut the chicken into strips and set aside.

In a pot, heat Nestlé MilkPak Full Cream Milk and add Nestlé MilkPak Dairy Cream. Bring it to a boil. Add salt, lemon juice and cook until milk is split. Strain through a muslin cloth and squeeze out any liquid in this split milk. Let it hang for 1 hour. Cut the ricotta cheese into small cubes/strips and set aside.

In a pan, heat oil and add garlic. Cook for a few seconds. Add ricotta cheese, Nestlé MilkPak Full Cream Milk, black pepper powder, and salt; cook for 2-3 mins. Add boiled spaghetti, basil leaves, lemon zest and toss it well. Dish it out and place chicken strips and lemon slices. Sprinkle oregano.
