Wash and cube 900 g of potatoes, slice them in half lengthwise, then into quarters and dice into large pieces.

Add potatoes to a bowl and mix with 1 teaspoon each of onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, ground cumin, dried oregano, and 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, along with salt and 20 cracks of black pepper.

Place potatoes in an air fryer at 200°C (390°F) for 18-24 minutes until soft.
