30 oz skin-on bone-in chicken thighs
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt, divided
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp onion powder, divided
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder, divided
1/4 tsp chili powder
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
2 tbsp Japanese mayonnaise
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
10 oz cooked penne, equals 4 oz raw
4 oz green peas
0.5 oz red onion

Pat the chicken dry with a clean kitchen towel.

Rub the chicken thighs evenly with the seasoning mix of paprika, salt, pepper, oregano, onion powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and chili powder.

Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the air fryer basket.

Set the air fryer to 360℉ and cook for 25 minutes, flipping the chicken three times during cooking.
