Cover and keep the yeast mixture (yeast, sugar, and lukewarm milk) for 5 minutes.

In a bowl, combine flour and salt.

Pour the yeast mixture into the flour mixture and mix to make a dough.

Knead the dough for 5 minutes.

Rub some oil on the dough, cover, and keep for 1 hour to rise.

Once the dough is ready, divide it.

Fold and roll the dough tightly.

Grease a 6-inch mould and place the dough inside.

Cover and keep for 15 minutes to rise again.

Mix egg yolk and milk, then brush over the bread for color (optional).

Cook for 20-25 minutes.

Brush some butter on top before serving.
