How to Make: Chicken Caesar Casserole

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, caesar dressing, and lemon juice.

Add cooked pasta to the chicken mixture and stir until well combined.

In a separate bowl, mix spinach, garlic, and half of the parmesan cheese.

Layer half of the pasta mixture in a greased baking dish.

Spread the spinach mixture over the pasta layer.

Top with the remaining pasta mixture and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

Add croutons on top for crunch.

Drizzle with olive oil and season with black pepper and salt.

Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.

Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.

Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Garnish with remaining parmesan cheese and parsley.
