The combination of honey and harissa creates a delightful balance of sweet and spicy flavors, making these chicken bowls a popular choice for both everyday meals and special occasions. Today, this dish has gained international popularity, often appearing in various fusion recipes.

Start by preparing the ingredients: gather microwavable long grain wild rice blend, Harissa paste, mini sweet bell peppers, broccoli, and chicken tenderloins.
Slice off the florets from the broccoli crown and place them on a sheet tray lined with aluminum foil or a Silpat.
Stem the mini sweet bell peppers, remove the seeds, and cut them into quarters or halves.
Drizzle olive oil over the broccoli and bell peppers, then season with salt and freshly cracked pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Place the chicken tenderloins down the center of the sheet tray and coat them with a few tablespoons of Harissa paste. Season with salt and pepper.
Put the sheet tray in a 425-degree oven for about 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
If the broccoli starts to darken too much, cover it with a bit of aluminum foil to prevent it from getting too brown.
For extra color on the peppers, you can turn on the broiler for the last couple of minutes of cooking if desired.
While the chicken and vegetables are roasting, heat the microwavable long grain wild rice blend according to package instructions.
Once everything is cooked, create the grain bowl by placing a bed of rice, then adding the roasted chicken tenderloins, broccoli, and roasted bell peppers on top.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
