Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Lay the bacon on the prepared baking tray and bake in the oven for 13-14 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add milk (optional), and whisk to combine.
Place a pan over medium heat, add the butter and egg mix, and cook for 2-3 minutes, mixing regularly until soft and fluffy but still wet. Remove and set aside.
Mash the avocados in a bowl and season to taste.
Lay 5 wraps on your bench and evenly divide all the ingredients across the wraps. Top with cheese and wrap tightly, covering both ends.
Wrap tightly in foil or food paper or place in meal prep containers. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 4 months. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator if frozen before reheating.
The wraps can be eaten fresh or toasted in a hot, dry pan until crispy and golden.
