White Bean, Spinach & Artichoke Dip

2 cups canned white beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tbsp olive oil

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the white beans, cream cheese, and sour cream. Mash the mixture until smooth.

Stir in the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).

Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.

Drizzle olive oil over the top of the dip.
