½ cup corn kernels, boiled
1 medium red capsicum, seeded and cut into triangles
5-6 broccoli florets, blanched
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chopped garlic
3 tbsps Nutralite Cheesy Garlic Mayo
Salt to taste
A pinch of crushed red chillies
