Mediterranean Dips

Cultural Context

Mediterranean dips have roots in the rich culinary traditions of Greece and surrounding countries, often served as part of meze—a selection of small dishes meant for sharing. These dips celebrate the region's abundant produce and flavors, making them a staple at gatherings and family meals. Today, variations abound, with each country adding its unique twist, making them popular worldwide.
