Butter the soufflé molds with about 1 teaspoon of butter each.

Coat the molds with about 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese, then set them aside.

In a bowl, combine 1 ounce of whipped cream cheese with 1 egg and mix well.

Add 1 tablespoon of chopped chives and some freshly ground pepper to the mixture, then mix again until combined.

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Pour the mixture into the prepared soufflé molds.

Bake in the oven for about 18 to 20 minutes until puffed up.

Serve directly from the mold or unmold after it deflates slightly.
