Making No-Bake Peeps Cereal Bars – Recipe

Line a baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.

Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat until fully melted.

Add mini marshmallows to the melted butter and stir until completely melted and smooth.

Mix in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt until combined.

Remove the saucepan from heat and add crispy rice cereal, stirring until evenly coated.

If desired, add food coloring to the mixture and stir until the color is uniform.

Fold in half of the Peeps marshmallow candies, reserving the rest for topping.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press down firmly to create an even layer.

Top the bars with the reserved Peeps marshmallow candies and sprinkles.

Let the bars cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes until set.

Once set, cut into squares and serve.
