Boil water in a large kettle.

Add malted barley to the boiling water and stir.

Heat the mixture to around 150°F and maintain for 60 minutes.

Sparge the mixture to extract the wort.

Boil the wort and add hops according to the desired bitterness.

Cool the wort quickly using a wort chiller.

Transfer the cooled wort to a fermentation vessel.

Add yeast to the cooled wort and seal the vessel.

Allow fermentation to occur for about 1-2 weeks at a controlled temperature.

Once fermentation is complete, transfer to a conditioning tank.

Condition the beer for an additional 2-4 weeks at low temperatures.

Carbonate the beer before bottling or kegging.

Bottle or keg the beer and store in a cool place.

Serve chilled.
