1/2 cup Whole Milk or Full Cream Milk
2 cup Whipping Cream, Chilled overnight
3 Tbsp Sugar

Grease baking square pan with cooking oil and line with parchment paper.

In a bowl combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix.

In another bowl combine softened butter and sugar. Mix until fluffy. Add in eggs and vanilla. Whisk until smooth.

Sift in half of the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix. Add second half of the dry ingredients. Whisk until smooth and creamy.

Pour cake batter into baking pan lined with parchment paper. Smooth the top and shake gently to even the surface.

Place wire stand inside the pan. Cover and preheat pan for 10 minutes over medium heat. Put baking pan on top of wire stand. Cover pan and cook for 35 - 40 minutes over medium low heat or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool before removing from the baking pan.

Poke cake using fork or toothpick. Set aside.

In a bowl combine evaporated milk, condensed milk, and whole milk. Gradually pour milk mixture over the cake. Cover with cling wrap and chill in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight.

In a bowl beat together whipping cream and sugar until thick. Spread whipped cream on top of cake. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
