Pelamos los ajos, y los dejamos enteros.

Incorporamos en el vaso de la batidora el perejil, los dos ajos enteros, la sal, una pequeña proporción de vinagre, y 100 ml. de Aceite de oliva Virgen Extra Excelencia la Masía.

Limpiamos los chipirones. Primero quitamos la piel de la bolsa del calamar, separamos las patas de la bolsa, introducimos los dedos dentro del chipirón para extraer la pluma y tiramos.

Vaciamos la bolsa metiendo el dedo y le damos la vuelta para comprobar que hemos retirado todo el interior.
