1 cup low-fat buttermilk
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
¾ cup toasted pecans, finely chopped
4 cups salted pretzels, finely chopped (this will make 2 cups of chopped pretzels)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
¾ teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon ground mustard
½ teaspoon Kosher salt
⅛ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper, plus more to taste
