2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon granulated chicken flavor soup base
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup scallion, chopped
2 tablespoons Nuoc Mam (sweet fish sauce)
