1 cup tomatoes, diced
1 cup black lentils, cooked
1/2 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
2 cups spinach, chopped
1 tablespoon mixed herbs
1 teaspoon red chili flakes
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cream
1/2 cup milk
