1 teaspoon mixed herbs seasoning
1 teaspoon thyme
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 cup tomato puree
1/2 cup fresh cream
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup cheese spread
4 medium boiled potatoes
1/2 cup milk
