Chicken and Bacon Cream Cheese Roll Ups

Turkey bacon is lower in fat and calories.

Mix together the Cream Cheese, Red Pepper and Spring Onions and set aside.

Slice two chicken breasts in half and season with salt and pepper.

Add a slice of the Gouda cheese followed by a slice of ham and another slice of Gouda cheese.

Spread a little of the cream cheese and pepper mix over the cheese and ham and then roll up.

Wrap each of these chicken roll ups with bacon.

Heat the oil in a large pan that can be transferred to the oven and sear the chicken to get it nice and coloured.

Flip and transfer to the oven and cook for 30 minutes at 180°C or 350F.
