Prepare the dough by mixing 600 g of flour, 7 g of yeast, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1.5 tablespoons of sugar, 1 egg, 220 ml of warm milk, and 60 g of melted butter until smooth.

Let the dough rise until it doubles in size.

While the dough is rising, prepare the filling by boiling or mashing 6-8 potatoes and chopping 1 onion.

Cook 250 g of meat (ground or diced) until browned, then mix with the potatoes, onion, and season with salt and pepper. Add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise to the mixture.

Once the dough has risen, roll it out and place the filling in the center.

Fold the dough over the filling and seal it.

Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees Celsius for about 1 hour.
