Stevia version lowers sugar content, semi-sweet is more accessible
Take frozen cherries and dip them into vegan vanilla yogurt using a skewer, ensuring they are evenly coated.
Place the yogurt-coated cherries onto a lined baking sheet.
Optionally, smooth the tops of the yogurt-coated cherries for a nicer appearance.
Freeze the cherries for about 10 to 15 minutes until the yogurt hardens.
Combine vegan chocolate chips with 2 teaspoons of refined coconut oil to make the chocolate sauce.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave, stirring every 10 seconds until slightly lumpy and then smooth.
Dip the frozen cherries into the slightly cooled chocolate sauce, ensuring they are well coated.
Repeat the dipping process with all the yogurt-covered cherries.
Optionally, drizzle more chocolate sauce on top of the cherries for a decorative effect.
Serve the chocolate cherry bombs immediately or store them in an airtight container in the freezer.
