1 red bell pepper
1/2 medium onion
6 halved cherry tomatoes
150g green beans
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp dried oregano
2 tbsp tomato paste
30 ml white wine
200g fusilli pasta

Cut 200g smoked sausages into large pieces.

Cut 1 red bell pepper into large pieces.

Cut 1/2 medium onion into small cubes.

Fry the cubed sausages in a pan over medium heat for about 3 minutes.

Add the bell pepper to the sausages and mix.

Roast the bell pepper until it softens a little, about 5 minutes.

When the pepper is softer, add minced garlic and the onion, and stir.

Add 6 halved cherry tomatoes to the pan.

Add 1 tsp sugar and 1 tsp dried oregano to the pan.

After 2 minutes, add 150g green beans, a pinch of salt, and black pepper.

Add 2 tbsp tomato paste and mix well.

Take 30 ml white wine and add it to the pan, stirring to deglaze.

Cook 200g fusilli pasta in salted water until al dente.

Add the pasta to the pan and stir well.

Put pieces of feta cheese on top.
