Pour in the chicken broth and 1 cup of white wine into the slow cooker.
Add a splash of Brandy and 1/4 teaspoon of powdered thyme to the slow cooker, then mix everything together.
Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook for 6 to 7 hours.
