1 tbsp light soy sauce

3 tbsp sesame oil
20 g sliced ginger
4 cloves garlic, chopped
450 g cooked yellow noodles
3 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
3 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tsp light soy sauce
20 ml water
small bunch Thai basil
